Writer Kaare Andrews is throwing his hat in the ring to write and/or direct the Masters of the Universe movie currently optioned at Warner Bros. He made a fairly cool-looking animated trailer to sell himself and his vision.

The trailer was rather impressive.
Also, I think this movie would lend itself more towards cgi anyway. I feel bad for the poor sap that has to play He-Man and his younger and much skinnier brother who has to play Adam (if they are going that route)

Put He-Man in a pink vest and nobody is the wiser.

If I wanted to argue, I'd say that Clark Kent as a reporter is known by name, not by sight. This is the frikkin prince of the nation (or planet depending on cannon). You SHOULD know what he looks like.
but I do't feel like arguing.
So, what do you think, get an unknown actor, or is there someone famous out there that can pull it off?
