I think most people here know my brother is a fan, so now that the movie is in the works, he talks about it of course. Well, aside from him not liking the idea of the team being an international mix (going as far as the "I" supposedly stainding for "International") I gotta say, The one piece of rumored casting he mentioned... doesn't fit the bill in my opinion. The rumor is that George Clooney is interested in doing the role of "Duke". I think it's funny mostly becauss, at least in the looks department, Clooney would be a better match for "Flint"And, since we haven't done this yet at this board, anyone feel like doing a wishful thinking cast here?

Wait, no. I might know something. Is there a chick named Scarlet?

Yes there is. She is one of three female good guys characters.

Scarlet, Lady Jaye and Cover Girl. (Or Covergirl. I can't remember if it's one or two words for her name.)
But don't forget Jinx. She was always my favorite female Joe.
Clooney as Flint would indeed be much more fitting. Duke has always been kinda dull.

I keep forgetting about Jinx, plus I think Cover girl was phased out of the cartoon when she came in (there were are few more females in the comics)
Well, per my brother (and the various sources I mention above) personality wise Duke in comics from the 80s is a bit more like Clooney (whereas now he's... well less fun loving). I have to admit, I hope they go more cartoon the personalities. Flint is a personal favorite of mine, but he sometimes is an arrogant ass in the comics
